Thank you for choosing Perry-Mansfield. To maintain our high standard of instruction and ensure adequate planning for our faculty, staff, and facilities, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund policies.

1. Year-Round Programs

Includes workshops, intensives, and weekend sessions occurring outside the traditional summer camp season.

• • • Fully Refundable: Cancellations made two months (60 days) or more prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund of all tuition and fees.
    • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made one month (30 days) or less prior to the program start date are strictly non-refundable.

2. Summer Camp Programs

Includes all multi-week residential and day camps occurring during the summer season.

• • • Through February of the camp year: 100% of all tuition and deposits are fully refundable.
    • During March of the camp year: 50% of tuition and deposits are refundable.
    • During April of the camp year: Only the initial deposit is refundable; all other tuition paid is non-refundable.
    • Starting May 1st: All tuition, deposits, and fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Weddings & Major Event Rentals

All payments, deposits, and fees associated with Weddings and Large-Scale Event Rentals are strictly non-refundable. Due to the high demand and long-term booking nature of our venue for these events, cancellations at any time result in a forfeiture of all funds paid.

4. AIR & General Space Rentals

Payments for Artist-in-Residence (AIR) rentals and General Space/Studio rentals are non-refundable.

However, should a renter need to cancel their reservation, Perry-Mansfield may apply the payment as a credit toward a future rental date within the same calendar year, provided the request is made in writing and a new date is available that fits the school’s schedule.

5. Performance & Event Tickets

All tickets purchased for shows, performances, or special events at Perry-Mansfield are non-refundable.

In the Event of a Cancellation by Perry-Mansfield: If Perry-Mansfield is forced to cancel a performance or event (due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to exchange their ticket for a different show or event within the same calendar year, provided that space and seating capacity allow.

6. General Provisions

• • • Notification: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Administrative Office. The date the email is received serves as the official date of cancellation.
    • Medical Exceptions: If a student must cancel due to a documented medical emergency, Perry-Mansfield may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future program.
    • Program Minimums: Perry-Mansfield reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
