Campus Rentals

Studio & Space Rentals at Perry-Mansfield

Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School & Camp offers a unique, serene environment for artistic growth, rehearsal, and creation. To preserve our mission and the sanctity of our campus, we offer two distinct pathways for artists and organizations to utilize our facilities.

Artist in Residence (AiR)

Best for: Artistic organizations, companies, or collaborative teams. The Artist in Residence program is designed to support the development of new work. It provides a sanctuary for the creative process, allowing teams to focus entirely on rehearsal and creation without the distractions of daily life.
  • Purpose: Process-based residency for the creation and rehearsal of new work.
  • Scope: Strictly for creation/rehearsal. Public performances are not permitted unless separately arranged and contracted through the Perry-Mansfield administration.
  • Facilities & Housing: Access to rehearsal studios and optional winterized housing for up to 5 people (subject to availability).
  • Financial Models: We offer three distinct models for residency:
    • Space Rental: Standard fee-based access.
    • Exchange: Collaborative agreements based on service or contribution.
    • Sponsored Residency: Supported through specific grants or donor funding.
  • Approval Process: All AiR requests are reviewed at the discretion of the Executive Director.
  • All utilities and internet.
  • The cabins are fully furnished.
  • All units have kitchens (full-size stoves and refrigerators)
  • Shared common space in the cabins
  • There are no TVs in the cabins.
  • All units include baseboard heat and wood-burning stoves. Wood is available on-site.
  • Perry-Mansfield will be responsible for snowplowing the roads on the campus.

Individual Pavilion Rental

Best for: Single artists or small groups seeking short-term, hourly space. For local or visiting artists who need professional rehearsal space without the structure of a full residency, our Pavilion is available for hourly or weekly booking.
  • Purpose: Short-term rehearsal space for individuals or small groups.
  • Scope: Strictly artistic rehearsal only (Dance, Theater, Circus training, etc.). No public performances, ticketed events, or workshops are permitted under this agreement.
  • Scheduling: Handled via the Office or Facilities Manager based on the Master Calendar.
  • Rates:
    • Hourly: $30 / hour
    • Weekly: $500 / week
    • Note: Housing is not included in these rates but may be arranged separately if available.
  • All utilities and internet.
  • The cabins are fully furnished.
  • All units have kitchens (full-size stoves and refrigerators)
  • Shared common space in the cabins
  • There are no TVs in the cabins.
  • All units include baseboard heat and wood-burning stoves. Wood is available on-site.
  • Perry-Mansfield will be responsible for snowplowing the roads on the campus.

Cabins

Winter Season Housing Opportunity

Perry-Mansfield is offering seasonal rental cabins for the winter season. P-M has several cabins available November 1 through  April 30. We are always looking for employer partners to work with to rent employees cabins.

Perry-Mansfield does not do short term rentals.

Rentals include:

  • All utilities and internet.
  • The cabins are fully furnished.
  • All units have kitchens (full-size stoves and refrigerators)
  • Shared common space in the cabins
  • There are no TVs in the cabins.
  • All units include baseboard heat and wood-burning stoves. Wood is available on-site.
  • Perry-Mansfield will be responsible for snowplowing the roads on the campus.

This is an excellent option for couples. There is no smoking (of any kind) on campus. The bed setup may be adjusted (swapping the king and queen beds for two twin beds.) There is a refundable deposit of 1 months rent for each cabin. There is parking available for all the cabins. Perry-Mansfield is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown in Strawberry Park.  We do request that the office be informed of all overnight and weekend guests.
