WORLD CLASS TRAINING. Perry-Mansfield, the oldest performing arts school in the country, brings its legendary training to New York City. Under the direction of Linda Kent, Director of Dance at Perry-Mansfield and faculty at The Juilliard School. Dedicated students are offered the opportunity to engage in a rigorous training program with world-class practitioners, including Linda Kent, Adam Barruch, Elisa Clark, Thang Dao, Ernesta Corvino, Rick McCullough, and Nicholas Villeneuve.
The tradition of Perry-Mansfield remains unsurpassed as the school continues to prepare emerging artists for the stage. Recent alumni are performing with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Ballet Hispanico, Munich Ballet, Paul Taylor Dance Company, Nederlands Dans Theatre and in film, on Broadway, and television.
WHAT YOU’LL STUDY
The Perry-Mansfield Winter Intensive will provide students with four rigorous days of dance training. Study will include ballet, modern, jazz, partnering, and repertory with world-class choreographers.
- Students may book individual coaching sessions with master teachers.
- Tickets for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre (12/27) included in tuition.

WHO YOU’LL STUDY WITH
Linda KentLinda Kent was Principal Dancer with both the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre and the Paul Taylor Dance Company for twenty-one years. She is a graduate of the Juilliard School’s Dance Division where she has been a faculty member since 1984. Miss Kent has staged the works of Paul Taylor, Alvin Ailey and David Parsons on dance companies around the world including The Joffrey Ballet, Les Grandes Ballet Canadienne, La Scala Opera Ballet, London Contemporary Dance Theatre, and the Juilliard Dance Ensemble.
