Perry-Mansfield's facilities are available for special event rentals September through May only.

Available for rent:

The Steinberg Pavilion
capacity 300*

*Please note: If you are planning a sit-down wedding reception, the Pavilion will seat 150 guests comfortably.

Outdoor Wedding Sites:
Sites available depending on size of wedding and weather.

Costs:
Special Events/Weddings, etc:
Steinberg Pavilion.....$1,200 (plus cleaning fee) see below

Classes/Workshops:
Steinberg Pavilion.....$25 per hour
Louis Horst.....$15 per hour
(available May and September only)

Retreats (3 or more days):
Steinberg Pavilion.....$300 per day
Louis Horst.....$150 per day
(available May and September only)

Deposits:
A deposit is required in order to reserve a building for a specific date.
Steinberg Pavilion.....$400
($300 damage deposit is refundable, $100 cleaning deposit is non-refundable)

Louis Horst.....$175
Julie Harris.....$175
($100 damage deposit is refundable; $75 cleaning deposit is non-refundable)
