APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To be considered for acceptance, Young Artist Intensive students must submit:
- Completed application form
- $50 nonrefundable application fee
- DANCE STUDENTS ONLY: Enrollment video in VHS or DVD format (see below). No video
Young Artist Intensive students will not be considered until the above is completed. Upon notification of acceptance, a $500 deposit is due to reserve space.
Young Artist Intensive students will be informed of both scholarship awards and acceptance by March 15.
Upon acceptance and receipt of your $500 deposit, we will send you an information packet containing all necessary forms and the Student Handbook. Please fill out all forms and return them to Perry-Mansfield. Be certain to sign and return the Student/Parent contract in the packet.
Dance Student Enrollment Video Criteria:
Young Artist Intensive dance students wishing to enroll must send an enrollment video. Please use the criteria listed below for your video. Students cannot use production videos. Videos must be in VHS or DVD format and must show the full body for the purpose of valuating stage presence. Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not delay in sending your enrollment information.
NOTE: Videos are not returned.
Dance: Two minutes of ballet barre work, and two minutes of center work, and a recently taped solo no more than two minutes in length.
Notes: Young Artist Intensive dance applicants who audition for a scholarship by video do not need to send a separate enrollment video.

Day Students: Day student tuition includes lunch. Day students must enroll in a minimum of two classes in their preferred discipline (dance, theater or musical theater) to participate in the public performances.
